One day, over 10 years ago, I saw a very beautiful wild flower during a lovely mountain walk. I tried to find out its name... and since that day, I decided to learn about medicinal and edible plants, through simple workshops and then by following a distance learning course in herbalism with the ARH (Association du Renouveau en Herboristerie) based in Ardèche.
Back in Brittany, I aim to raise awareness among a diverse audience (students, people with disabilities, elderly people...) about the richness of Mother Nature and inspire them to protect it. Let's discover or rediscover nature with a childlike perspective, let's marvel, let's create from the current collection... throughout the seasons... regardless of our age, mobility, or knowledge of plants.
Languages and transmission... I taught French through games as a French assistant
in Austria for 2 school years, and gave private lessons to children and adults
in Austria and then in Vietnam for 1 year. I love to transmit my knowledge and
look forward to doing that with you soon :-) at your home or in a group in nature!

Reconnect with the nature, discover local wildlife and flora, through walks.... feeling the desire to protect and preserve it... nature is sooo beautiful and rich, but fragile and threatened... Let's preserve it! A breath of fresh air is so good for the mind, health.... Do not hesitate, let's go out no matter the weather, with an umbrella or a hat :-)
